How to use a coupon code?
You can apply coupons for your order at checkout. Once you've entered your coupon code, click 'apply' and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click 'apply' before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect a coupon discount.
Why doesn't the coupon code work?
Coupons cannot be combined, and you can only use one coupon code per order. Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
How long does order processing take?
Processing orders usually takes 1-2 business days.
About Logistics
How long will it take to get my package?
- The electric scooters are shipped from a local warehouse in the US and will arrive in just 5-7 days. Accessories are air-shipped from China and will arrive in 10-15 days.
How much is shipping?
- All our products are shipped free of charge (except for remote areas where the shipping company charges extra fees).
How do I receive an order confirmation or a tracking number?
After placing your order, an email with order number will be sent to you. Once your order is out for delivery, an email with a tracking number will be sent. If you don't get one of them within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our customer service team.
The logistics track has not been updated after shipment. What should I do?
If the shipping information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact us. If it has been less than 3 days, please wait patiently.
I received an email about the shipment being delivered, but nothing arrived. What should I do?
It is recommended that first you call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again for parcels. Please contact our customer service team.
Why did only part of the order arrive?
Please rest assured that if you order a scooter and accessories together, we will ship them in multiple packages. Please check your shipping confirmation email, which will contain multiple tracking numbers.
Order Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be edited or canceled only before the shipment via our customer support team.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If you paid with PayPal, you will usually receive your refund within 24 hours, but if you paid with a credit card, it may take approximately 7 business days.
