⚠️ Warning to potential buyers: Misleading delivery claims, false tracking updates, and total lack of accountability (Order value: €1,159)

I am sharing my ongoing negative experience with Boyueda to warn anyone considering buying directly from their official channels.

False delivery timeframe: The official website advertises fast dispatch and delivery within 3–7 days from European warehouses. After a full week, the order hasn't even left the warehouse.

Contradictory excuses and lies about courier pick-up: In the support chat, I was repeatedly told that UPS had physically picked up the scooter and that tracking would update "later today". Anyone familiar with UPS tracking knows that the moment a parcel is scanned upon pickup, the status updates immediately in the system. Days went by with zero movement or official courier confirmation.

Customer service deflection: Instead of admitting stock shortages or logistical delays, customer service continually defers responsibility to "logistics waiting for scans" and provides generic apologies while withholding actual proof of handover.

Financial risk: I paid €1,159 upfront. Having neither the scooter nor legitimate proof of dispatch, I had no choice but to issue a final deadline before initiating a formal bank chargeback.

Think twice before handing over your money. If they fail to dispatch your order and keep feeding you empty promises, do not hesitate to contact your bank to secure your funds via chargeback.

Congratulations to everyone whose purchase went smoothly – unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky.

The vehicle is spectacular but be careful when tightening all the bolts because everything arrived needing revision.

The scooter, although it arrived 11 days late, arrived well, it is very powerful and the suspension works great, although the battery lasts about 70 km and not the 100 km advertised, the scooter is quite good. Good communication with the seller
